The use of Openair-Plasma technology is not tied to any company size and is used in both prototype lines as in high volume production. It is a big advantage that prototyping and series production can be carried out with one and the same configuration, which simplifies the evaluation and auditing of large series production. Openair-Plasma is not intended for any particular segment and can be used in a wide range of applications in electronics production. Since the plasma jets can be integrated in any kind of automation system the integration into existing production lines is very easy. Many different set ups can be explored going from batch to inline or from a single jet to multiple jet integration. In most of the cases all customers are looking into creating high quality, durable bonds between different materials.
